Mr. Halepaska is a skilled litigator with over 20 years of experience in a broad range of practice areas and settings. Through his relentless pursuits of justice for his clients, he has earned a place in America's Top 100 Attorneys as well as Colorado's Top 20 Verdicts.

My Story

Mr. Halepaska’s practice now focuses primarily on plaintiff personal injury and has been listed in Colorado’s Top 20 verdicts. Mr. Halepaska has represented clients in a wide variety of claims, including cases involving trucking and motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, intentional torts, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic injury, spinal cord injury, and bad faith insurance litigation at both the state and federal levels. In addition to personal injury matters, Mr. Halepaska also represents business owners and private individuals in contractual/transactional disputes and other civil litigation matters.

Mr. Halepaska is a member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Lawyers Helping Lawyers assistance program.
